Description

TOL-ADL-40.5 current transformers measure current in electrical networks and supply measuring information to measurement, electricity metering, relay protection, automation and control equipment. The design electrically isolates secondary circuits from the high-voltage network.

The transformers are designed for operation in outdoor AC switchgear at 50 or 60 Hz with a highest equipment voltage of 40.5 kV.

Modern monolithic polymer insulation provides high electrical and mechanical performance and resistance to ultraviolet radiation, precipitation, ice, dust, moisture, temperature changes and solar radiation.

Transformers can be manufactured with different numbers of secondary windings to meet customer requirements. The design provides high thermal and electrodynamic resistance to short-circuit currents, stable metrological characteristics and reliable operation throughout the service life.

The transformers comply with DSTU EN IEC 61869-2, have climatic version UHL1 and placement category 1, and are designed for long-term outdoor operation in various climatic conditions at altitudes up to 1000 m above sea level.
