Description

ТОЛУ-ADL-12kV current transformers are designed to transmit measurement signals to electrical measuring instruments, relay protection, automation, signalling and control devices, and to electrically isolate secondary circuits from high-voltage circuits.

The transformers are used in indoor switchgear assemblies (KRU, KRUN, KSO and other switchgear assemblies) operating on alternating current at 50 Hz, with a highest voltage for equipment of 12 kV.

The primary and secondary windings and magnetic core are encapsulated in epoxy compound, forming a continuous insulation system that provides high electrical insulation performance, mechanical strength and a durable construction.

The transformers are manufactured for indoor installation with the УХЛ2 climatic configuration. Depending on the configuration, a transformer may have one to four secondary windings for metering and/or relay protection.

Metering windings are available in accuracy classes 0,2S; 0,2; 0,5S; 0,5; 1, and protection windings in classes 5P and 10P. The rated secondary current is 1 A or 5 A.

The specific transformation ratios, accuracy classes, rated burdens and number of secondary windings are specified when ordering.

The transformer design provides stable metrological characteristics, high dielectric strength and reliable operation throughout its service life. A switchable transformation ratio is available on request.

The transformers comply with DSTU EN 61869-1:2017 and DSTU EN 61869-2:2017.

The warranty period is 5 years from commissioning, but no more than 5,5 years from shipment by the manufacturer.

Average service life: at least 40 years.
